No, that is why we have courts.
Now, if a worker dutifully pays all required U.I. taxes; and his employer pays all his share of taxes for that employee - are you saying that worker does not have a rightful claim for benefits?
No government benefits for illegals...PERIOD!

Sure.
What do you think the number of illegals getting unemployment, (which they paid for BTW) is, compared to the total number of unemployed?
It doesn't matter. One is too many.
In other words, you want to pay for a bureaucracy to personally scan, face to face, some 35 million people, to weed out the illegals?
Sure. I may be mistaken, but I think you have to apply for unemployment benefits in person anyway.
Personal politics vs. pragmatism - where worlds collide.

Sure. I bet you don't have a clue what would entail.

It doesn't matter. One is too many. And how many of million$ are you willing to spend to find that one?

You are mistaken. The state prefers you apply via the internet, the phone is still OK, but allowing crowds of unhappy and idle people, waiting for face-to-face small talk, and arguments with a clerk, is highly discouraged.
Personal politics vs. pragmatism - where worlds collide. (...and the silence is deafening.)
